The Genesis Project Announces Dissolution:

After 40 years of serving Oklahoma's most vulnerable youth, The Genesis Project has made the difficult decision to close our doors. We are actively engaged with the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits in finding an existing, like-missioned nonprofit that aligns with our founding desire: to serve children and families in need. 

This decision follows a significant contract reduction earlier this year, which resulted in the removal of residents from our campus. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to have served so many children and families over four decades, and we know there is still good, necessary work to be done. We're hopeful that the work and legacy of Genesis will continue, perhaps in ways we cannot yet predict. 

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our supporters, donors, staff, and community partners who made 40 years of Genesis possible.
