Every behavior has a purpose and we need to have a fresh mindset every day to help the boys grow and improve.
When you describe The Genesis Project to people you know, what is the one thing you want them to know about our organization and our clients?
I want them to know we provide the boys with the tools they need to be the best versions of themselves that they can be.
Other thoughts or comments about working at The Genesis Project?
I have a very strong bond with the boys. They feel safe and appreciated and feel like family. The boys trust me and feel safe with me; they want to be like me.
