The Genesis Project is a tax exempt 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization in compliance with policies and regulations outlined in agreements with governmental entities responsible for the wellbeing of children placed in our care. We rely on funding from the government and generous donations from supporters.
We are debt-free and believe it is our responsibility to be good stewards of finances and donations.
In order to comply with federal law, our IRS Form 990 is made public for inspection.
