Braily Perciful
I have been part of The Genesis Project since July 2023, serving as an Administrative Assistant. My passion for education and child advocacy drives my work, whether supporting our team or ensuring the boys receive the structure and care they need. In December 2025, I will graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Education, specializing in Elementary Education.
Before joining Genesis, I spent six years working in childcare, where I developed a strong foundation in child development, behavior management, and creating structured environments that support learning and growth. That experience, combined with my education, has deepened my commitment to helping young people succeed, whether in a classroom or a residential setting. At Genesis, I strive to keep things running smoothly so that our boys and staff can focus on healing, growth, and success.
